There's a reason Trump needs an all-new bureaucracy with
all-new people

He needs minions who can turn on a dime and can make
sure that his megadonors, especially Shogun Musk, that
paid their protection, are not inconvenienced by any
new tariffs.

Even the megadonors that don't pay tariffs will find it
a convenient excuse to raise prices, just as with covid.

Trump voters will believe him when he says that the price
increases are all Biden's fault.

Same for a Deportation Service, which also could be a new
Federal bureaucracy.

Existing Washington bureaucrats are ill-equipped to serve
Trump; many tried to treat everybody equally, and so he
has no use for them.
